Securely pack the scooter or e-bike in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that high-capacity batteries require specific safety labeling.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
